Please help us by filling out all the information fully.  The more information you give us the better, so that we are able to help you locate a puppy/dog that suits you.  If we don't have anything available we will pass this info on to other breeders who may have what you are looking for.

Why do you want a Bullmastiff? 

Have you done any research(talking to other breeders, searching the net, etc.)?

What other pets do you own now? (if any) Are they spayed /neutered?  What breed(s)? Sexes?

Have you owned a dog before? If yes, what breeds?  What happened to them?

Do you have children? What are their ages? If you do not have children but are planning on having them in the near future, will you make a commitment to continue caring for the dog once the new child arrives?

Will this dog be kept indoors as your house pet?
If not, where and in what conditions will the dog live?
Do you have a fenced yard or kennel run? How high is the fence?
If no, please explain how you will be exercising your dog.
Who will be the primary caretaker for the dog?
How many hours a day will the dog be left alone?
Do you have the necessary finances to care for a bullmastiff, approximately $500 per year for routine health care and $500 per year for food and supplies?
In order to choose a puppy that is best suited for each situation, please tell me about your family and lifestyle (active, homebodies, travelers, etc.)
Please share any other information about your family and your reasons for wanting a Bullmastiff that will assist me in placing one of my pups with you. It is my strongest desire that everyone be happy with this placement and that it be a permanent one.

If you are requesting a show puppy, do you have any experience in the show ring? If not, would you be willing to attend handling classes, hire a professional handler, or allow me to handle the dog for you?

If you are requesting a pet quality puppy are you willing to accept that puppy with limited registration and a spay neuter agreement? Yes  No

*Show Prospects
When purchasing a show prospect you must sign an agreement agreeing to show the dog and agree that the dog will not be used for breeding till it has been shown and proven it's worth in the show ring unless other agreements are made between buyer & seller. 

**Spay/Neuter Agreement for Pet Quality Puppies

When buying a pet, you must sign a spay/neuter agreement to have this dog spayed or neutered by 12 months of age and you must agree to submit a photocopy of the neutering certificate to the breeder within 30 days of the procedure.
